The CrossFit dietary prescription is as follows:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. As you can see, CrossFit views nutrition as the foundation for everything else.
At CrossFit 54 we understand that adjusting your nutrition can be intimidating as there are an overwhelming amount of “diet plans” to consider. We also understand that everyone has different nutritional needs and dietary restrictions.
